Our offices in Chicago, New York, and London are all composed of naturally-curious individuals who thrive in a team environment and constantly strive for improvement.Old Mission does not seek capital from outside investors, allowing us the flexibility to aggressively invest in our team members and keep them engaged in the firm's growth.About the PositionThe Quantitative ETF Trader is responsible for executing and managing trades of ETFs across various markets to achieve optimal portfolio performance, maintain accurate pricing, and ensure liquidity.Responsibilities:Execute ETF trades using various trading platforms and strategies to minimize market impactMonitor and analyze market conditions to identify trading opportunities and risksMaintain relationships with authorized participants, market makers, and liquidity providersEnsure proper execution of creation/redemption processes for ETF sharesImplement hedging strategies to manage portfolio riskAnalyze trading costs and execution quality to optimize trading strategiesSupport portfolio managers by providing market insights and liquidity profilesEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policiesRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field3+ years of experience in trading ETFs or similar financial instrumentsStrong understanding of ETF structures, creation/redemption processes, and market mechanicsProficiency with trading platforms and analytical toolsExcellent analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentSeries 7 and 57 licenses preferredBenefits and PerksCompetitive salary with discretionary annual bonusFully paid private medical, dental, vision with extended coverage, and life insuranceRobust Pension Scheme, income protection, and salary exchangeFree on-site lunch dailySeason Ticket Loan SchemeTuition Reimbursement ProgramBase Salary Range$170,000 - $225,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education.
