Project Accounting Manager

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on impactful community development.Key Responsibilities:Oversee job cost accounting using Yardi VoyagerLead monthly/quarterly job cost reviews and reportingForecast project cash needs and review construction contractsManage accruals, cost transfers, and job closeoutsSupport budgeting, reforecasting, and audit prepMentor staff and improve reporting processesRequirements:5+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in real estateStrong understanding of construction contracts and job cost accountingProficiency in Excel and accounting systems (Yardi highly preferred)CPA and experience with multi-entity property accounting is a plus
