The Construction Manager Candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the very best results. The ideal candidate will have a team mentality, an analytical mind, and great organizational skills. Requirements: Proven experience as Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Familiarity with construction/ project management software along with MS Office Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills A team player with proven leadership abilities BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field (not required but will be an advantage) Conflict resolution and conflict management experience Ability to prepare detailed reports for both internal use and for client presentation Experience with fully managing all financial aspects of the project
