Our food and beverage program includes a signature restaurant, a lively lounge, and a strong banquet operation. We are dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect the Marriott standard of excellence. We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant and banquet service operations, support the F&B management team, and ensure guest satisfaction. What You'll Do * Lead Daily Operations * Supervise staff during restaurant, lounge, and banquet shifts. * Ensure smooth service and timely food and beverage delivery. * Assign duties and monitor team performance. * Deliver Guest Satisfaction * Maintain high standards for service, quality, and presentation. * Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally. * Support a welcoming, guest-first atmosphere. * Support the Team * Train, coach, and mentor associates. * Ensure staff follow Marriott brand service standards. * Assist with scheduling and shift coverage. * Maintain Standards * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. * Monitor inventory and support ordering as needed. * Keep restaurant and banquet areas clean and well organized. What We're Looking For * 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality leadership. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. * Hotel or Marriott brand experience a plus.
