Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility systems across two Central New York locations. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting machinery, performing routine maintenance, and responding to equipment issues as they arise.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsComplete emergency repairs during production and scheduled work during downtimeUse hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety proceduresConduct required monthly safety checks and documentationAssist with general maintenance tasks as neededQualificationsPrevious industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical and hydraulic repairAbility to diagnose issues, replace parts, and verify machine performanceComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentStrong communication and time-management skillsHigh school diploma/GED; apprenticeship or technical training is a plusWork Environment & Physical RequirementsActive, physical role with frequent standing, bending, climbing, and lifting 75+ lbsExposure to noise, vibration, and airborne particlesWork performed around moving machinery; PPE providedScheduleFull-time, Monday-FridayOn-call availability for equipment issues#IND6
