Project SurveyorLocation: Denver, CO (Hybrid)Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 base + Performance IncentivesAbout the OpportunityWe're partnering with a growing multidisciplinary firm looking to add a Project Surveyor to support a diverse portfolio of boundary, ALTA, topographic, route, and construction survey projects across Colorado.This role is ideal for someone who brings strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You'll support field and office operations by preparing survey documentation, performing calculations, reviewing field notes, and contributing to project delivery from research through final deliverables.If you're looking for a role that blends technical execution with exposure to client-facing work and multi-discipline collaboration, this opportunity offers a strong path to continued growth and potential to pursue licensure.You'll DoSupport preparation and review of survey deliverables including ALTA, boundary, topo, easements, and construction stakingAssist with field data collection, 3D processing, and evaluation of survey field notesPerform research and analysis related to boundaries, plats, easements, and land recordsCreate survey drawings, legal descriptions, and documentation using AutoCAD and Civil 3DProvide construction-related support including plan interpretation and point computationCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and field survey teamsManage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy, schedules, and project requirementsUphold survey standards, quality control, and safety protocolsWhat We're Looking For3-5+ years of professional land surveying experienceStrong working knowledge of survey principles, boundary analysis, and field-to-finish workflowsProficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3DAbility to interpret plans, plats, legal descriptions, and topographic dataStrong math, measurements, and documentation skillsExcellent communication and teamwork across internal and external stakeholdersAbility to manage workload across multiple projects and deadlinesLSIT/CSIT preferred; professional licensing track encouragedValid driver's license and willingness to travel short-term as neededHigh school, technical education, or equivalent industry experience requiredWhy This Role Stands OutHands-on technical role supporting a growing regional survey practiceExposure to multidisciplinary work across civil, environmental, and design teamsPathway for professional development and licensureOpportunity to take on increased responsibility in calculations, drafting, and project mentorshipCompetitive benefits including health, HSA contributions, 401(k) match, insurance, and PTOWorkspire InsightAt Workspire, we partner exclusively with organizations that prioritize people, purpose, and long-term growth.
