Job Description

The Front Desk ReliefSupervisor assists the Hotel Shift Manager or Supervisor by effectively managing the hotel inventory and provide direction and assistance to employees. Duties: Ensure efficient and professional guest-focused experience during registration, check-out, and over-the-phone interaction.Support front desk associates in resolving guest challenges/complaints as needed.Observe front desk associates to ensure that established procedures are followed.Assist with maximizing revenue with suite upgrades and rate integrity. Assist on the front line as needed. Assist in maintaining same day inventory and selling strategies.Assist with the Hotel Night Audit ensuring it is completed accurately.Ensure all required reports and forms are completed daily.Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D.Minimum of one year Front Desk experience.Two or more years of customer service experience.Must be able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
