Working in close collaboration with marketing managers, Marketing Specialists are responsible for the production of marketing and sales materials, to secure transformational design work.Responsibilities:Manage the pursuit process from start to finish, working with diverse teams to ensure the on-time completion of response materials. Working primarily in InDesign, Specialists manage the production of proposal & interview materials, inclusive of all content (narrative, photography, resumes, project data, consultant information)Provide support for various marketing and practice-building initiatives; Brochures, thought leadership content, award submissions, conferences.Maintain standard library of content and master filesAssist with data entry and pursuit tracking initiativesOur Ideal Candidate:Degree in Communications, Writing, Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar5 years of experience (Experience in AEC / Professional Services a plus)Intermediate / advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesignStrong copywriting and editing skillsExcellent communication skills; able to motivate teams to reach consensus.Eye for design and understanding of principles of layoutHigh attention to detail, including proofing for accuracy and grammarAbility to work independently, yet be an effective collaboratorAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adhere to and interpret brand standardsKnowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset a plusWhy Moody Nolan?Our cultureMoody Nolan is a diverse workplace, founded on the principles of equity and inclusion.
