This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys educating licensed professionals, and has a passion for evidence-based aesthetic and medical technology.You will manage a defined U.S. territory, working both inbound leads and strategic outbound follow-up, selling Celluma's FDA-cleared light therapy devices to aestheticians, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, chiropractors, acupuncturists, wellness centers, and informed retail buyers seeking clinical guidance.This is not a call-center role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven inside sales position focused on higher-ticket clinical devices and long-term account growth. Our technology is trusted in dermatology clinics, plastic surgery practices, spas, and wellness centers worldwide.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For1-3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in medical devices, aesthetics, skincare, or wellnessDemonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience selling higher-ticket products in a consultative sales environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfidence engaging with licensed medical and aesthetic professionalsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a structured sales pipelineBasic understanding of bio-science, anatomy, or clinical conceptsPreferred (Not Required):Experience working inside a spa, med spa, or medical practiceBackground as a licensed esthetician or skincare professionalCRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commissionRealistic first year on-target earnings aligned with performanceComprehensive benefits package (health, PTO, holidays, etc.)Stable, in-office schedule with a supportive sales team environmentWork Location & ScheduleOn-site position: Tustin, CAMonday-Friday, full-timeCandidates must be able to work in-office 5 days per weekSalary Description $50,000 Hourly Base + Commissions
