Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to identify issues accurately. Replace or repair faulty components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical wiring. Conduct safety inspections and ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and labor time in the dealership management system (DMS). Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair findings, estimated costs, and timeframes. Adhere to all workplace safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
