Mitigation Technician

Job Position Description: With a One Team mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial job sites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets them apart from our competitors in the industry. Responsibilities: * Communicate the project scope, target start, and completion dates with customer and internal team * Ensure project documentation is provided to office staff and manager on projects assigned * Perform water mitigation duties * Perform fire mitigation duties * Perform mold remediation duties * Demolition * Load and unload equipment and supplies * Ensure work is completed within a timely manner * Ensure monitoring is completed daily * Ensure dry logs are completed daily * Ensure clear communication (verbal and written) with office staff, project manager and lean technician * Always leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance * Manage customer satisfaction and representing the brand * Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard * Follow uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide * Continued development of production skills and expertise * Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes * Participate in on-call rotations for after hour/emergency calls * Other duties as assigned by management Benefits: * Health insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * On call * Overtime Ability to Commute: * Troy, MI 48084 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 10% (Preferred)
