Senior Tax Accountant

We're hiring a Senior Tax Accountant who wants to do great work without living at the office. This is a hybrid role with just one in-office day per week and a true busy-season cap of 55 hours. We focus on efficiency, trust, and realistic workloads. Responsibilities Prepare complex federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.Conduct tax research and apply findings to client situations to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities.Assist with tax planning and advisory projects in collaboration with managers and partners.Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters, deadlines, and required documentation.Support and mentor staff accountants through review and feedback.Assist with workflow and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality within the tax department.
