This key role acts as a liaison with major rating agencies and supports critical risk analysis and reporting functions that help safeguard our financial strength and operational resilience.As a Risk Analyst, you will play a central role in preparing presentations for rating agencies, running quarterly capital models, and responding to various data requests. Your work will contribute to the ongoing monitoring of our capital adequacy and enterprise-wide risk exposures.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison with rating agencies, including:Preparing annual presentationsRunning quarterly capital models to assess Group capital adequacyResponding to inquiries, data requests, and surveysCollaborate with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to review risk-related documentation for branch offices and operationsLead the preparation of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report for Odyssey GroupConduct quarterly ERM analysis, including:Rating agency capital model and scorecard resultsRetro recoverables exposureContingent funding and letter of credit (LOC) exposureRegulatory and internal capital adequacy assessments by legal entityStress testing of risk scenariosOversee the management and renewal of corporate insurance programsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field5+ years' of experience Prior experience or strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance industryFamiliarity with rating agency methodologies and credit analysis preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in Excel and risk modeling tools a plusDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines#LI-HybridWe are an E-Verify employer - all hired positions require successfully passing an E-Verify Check.
