Senior Contracts Analyst

Job Summary: Our client is seeking Senior Contracts Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Aurora, Colorado. Duties: Publicizing proposed procurements Drafting and preparing solicitations Responding to pre-award inquiries Supporting pre-proposal conferences Preparing and issuing amendments or cancellations Supporting source selection decisions and evaluation criteria Conducting price and cost analysis Assisting with contract award documentation and issuance Supporting debriefings and protest responses Participating in post-award orientation meetings Monitoring contractor performance and compliance Evaluating invoices and payment-related documentation Supporting contract modifications, terminations, and closeouts Desired Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree (any field) with 24 semester hours in business-related subjects such as accounting, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, etc. 10+ years of federal procurement experience Deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition policies Demonstrated knowledge of acquisition phases, contract principles, price/cost analysis, and problem-solving strategies Strong communication and technical writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Familiarity with DHA and DoD acquisition procedures Previous Department of Defense contracting experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $58.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
