Business Process Analyst

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Portland, Oregon; Minneapolis, MN; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC Duties: Partner closely with the Project Manager to design the GitLab Secrets onboarding process end-to-end Help define and document: risk scoring approach; triage and exclusion criteria; and developer-facing findings and remediation flow Attend and lead meetings to drive outcomes and document progress Compile and report status, metrics, and results to management Work with the triage team to tune false positives and exclusions Assist with design and implementation testing in: GitLab Secrets UI and ServiceNow (for workflow integration) Produce clear process documentation for training and long-term adoption at project close Desired Skills/Experience: 1+ years of business process design or process analysis experience Strong documentation and process mapping skills such as: Visio, Lucidchart, or similar Experience with GitLab; GitLeaks exposure is a strong plus Jira experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to translate technical/security findings into clear, structured processes Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $33.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
