EthosEnergy is currently seeking a Site Product Quality Manager for our Houston, TX facility. Highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Quality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control within our manufacturing and repair operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in rotating equipment product quality -particularly gas and steam turbines, compressors, and generators-and will be responsible for ensuring that all components meet rigorous industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Job ResponsibilitiesManage validation programs for different production processesVerify inspection reports, quality/production documentation, and certificates;Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions/Prepare the Quality documentation/certificates for the CustomersDevelop or approve product verification plans and respective test methods.Deal with Suppliers in the day-by-day job, to ensure products are delivered in line with the required quality level and non-conformities, if any, are closed on time.Review design inputs (specifications) and design outputs (reports, prints, etc.) to assure that appropriate design requirements are specified and to evaluate/confirm quality requirements prior to successful design transfer.Manage NCRs and manage RCAsDefine Inspection Methods / Criteria, Equipment Inspection / Calibration Product / Process validationProduct / Process auditsCustomer Issues managementCustomer Satisfaction processManagement system document controlKPIs monitoring and reportingQuality Management System audits (internal)Quality Management System audits (external)Quality Management System audits (suppliers)Required Skills / KnowledgeStrong knowledge of turbine, compressor, and generator components and repair processes preferredProficiency in quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, Fishbone, Pareto).Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in product quality management within rotating equipment manufacturing or repair.Experience managing safety programs is preferred.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).Certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or ASQ CQE preferred.Physical RequirementsWork is normally performed in typical machine shop environment.Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 hoursMust be able to look at computer monitor for up to 8 hoursMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to type for long periods of timeWhat We OfferSupportive company culture that values its employeesComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision & 401 K PlanPaid Parental Leave, Time Off & HolidaysExtra money in your paycheck - Employee Referral BonusPersonal Development & Career Succession PlanningCompany sponsored Perks & Discount programs
