Audit SeniorPosition Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on private companies in the construction, manufacturing, and real estate sectors. This position offers an opportunity to further develop your auditing skills while contributing to the success of our firm and ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations.Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.Prepare and review financial statements and reports for clients in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, and real estate.Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring they understand the implications for their business operations.Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to provide informed advice to clients.Assist in the development of audit methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency of the audit process.Contribute to business development activities, including networking and client relationship management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.CPA certification preferred; CPA eligible candidates will also be considered.Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in public accounting.Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and practices.Experience working with private companies, particularly in construction, manufacturing, and real estate sectors.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
