RN Supervisor 3 to 11 Shift

HC&N Healthcare Solutions - RN Supervisor- 3-11 ShiftDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The RN Supervisor assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of resident and staff activities. The RN Supervisor utilizes nursing practice and management skills and ensures resident care is administered in accordance the company’s policies and procedures. Directs the formulation and implementation of resident’s care plan to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills.
