Harmony Hospice Care - Administrative Volunteer with Harmony Hospice- Youngstown, OhioOur primary goal is to make sure that the end-of-life experience is as comfortable and peaceful as possible. Beyond alleviating pain and symptoms, we emphasize emotional health and a harmonious mindset. Likewise, we address the spiritual and social needs of family members both during and after the end-of-life period. Our Harmony Volunteers are an essential part of that mission, providing support in a variety of ways. Our Administrative Volunteers provide clerical support in our Youngstown offices. Filing Data entry Making packets for hospice patients Answering phones Mailing bereavement literature to hospice families Organizing hospice supplies Calling patients and families And so much more! Qualifications Availability of time and skills that pertain to the volunteer activity Maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and take directions well Time commitment Must be able to volunteer at the times of your choosing between the office hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday
