CGP: Senior FA

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $38.46 to $48.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close and consolidation process across domestic and international entities. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization. Develop financial models to support scenario planning, margin analysis, and business unit performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial tracking and strategic initiatives. Assist in improving financial systems, controls, and reporting processes for multi-entity structures. Requirements: Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP and intercompany eliminations. Apply advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills to financial analysis. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate financial data into strategic insights. Manage multiple priorities independently and solve problems using available tools and resources. Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to reconcile results and maintain audit readiness. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA or MBA is preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting. Possess experience consolidating multiple entities, both domestic and international. Prefer experience in high-growth or startup environments with operational finance exposure. Show familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Xero and a willingness to learn new tools. REF#50786 #Ind-LA-OC
