You will be part of a team while also maintaining an independent role with a focus on ownership and organization throughout the entire service order process. Key Responsibilities: Manage your personal WIP (Work in Progress) Service Orders from generation through completion.Be a customer advocate while on your field service visits Read and interpret Control, Mechanical, Electrical drawings and circuit diagrams as needed Troubleshoot and diagnose BMS systems and networks to automate building systems. Program and commission BMS systems. Replace and/or repair building automation control equipment and devices. Perform other duties as assignedQualifications: 5-6 years of experience preferred but not required.LEB preferred but not required Experience in the building controls automation industry preferred but not required. Experience in the light commercial / Residential HVAC industry preferred but not required. Tech-Savvy with computers. Strong attention to detail. Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Commercial/construction service experience a plus.
