RegalCare at Greenfield - Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 3-11 Shift Job Summary: RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents in a comfortable and home-like setting. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatment, and education to residents and their families Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians Monitor and document resident condition, progress, and responses to care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Demonstrate a commitment to cultural diversity, sensitivity, and inclusivity in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues Requirements: Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
