Position Type: Student Support Services/ParaprofessionalDate Posted: 9/4/2024Location: Syring ElementaryClosing Date: Until Filled District: Swartz Creek Community School DistrictNON-UNION POSITION through EDUStaff Position: Student Success Coordinator at Syring Elementary Hours: Monday thru Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (includes ½ hour unpaid lunch); 37.5 work hours Essential Duties: ?Assist the administration in combating student absenteeism and help support students who are chronically absent bybeing a liaison between the school and family ?Coordinate and implement learning support programs for identified at-risk students.?Responsible for providing support services to students to enhance academic achievement ?Work under the direction of the Principal ?Work under the direction of the Principal and classroom teacher to provide academic, social, and emotional supports ?Progress Monitoring ?Assessment of students ?Other assigned duties ?Crisis Prevention Institution (CPI) Phase 1 Certified ?Punctual, regular & consistent attendance is required.
