This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and providing top-tier service, this is a great opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests in a professional and courteous mannerProvide bag service, including loading and unloading golf bagsClean, stage, and store golf cartsMaintain driving range (picking, washing, and setting balls)Assist with practice facilities and course set-upKeep staging areas, cart barn, and practice facilities clean and organizedSupport golf operations staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operationsQualificationsPositive attitude and strong work ethicExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift and carry golf bags (up to 40 lbs)Reliable, punctual, and detail-orientedPrior golf or hospitality experience preferred, but not requiredScheduleFlexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysSeasonal and year-round positions availableWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payGolf privileges (where applicable)MealsA professional, team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to gain experience in the golf and hospitality industryRequirementsMust have a high school education or equivalent• Must be computer literate in Microsoft products and adaptable to POS systems• Must have strong interpersonal skills• Must have a valid Driver's License• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
