We are looking for a smart, motivated individual to join our team who wants to help us innovate and grow.The RoleWe are seeking a Procurement Specialist who can also handle part-time Accounts Receivable duties. This is a hybrid role for a self-starter who understands the business side of industrial supply. Specifically, how margins, profit, and vendor negotiations work. You will play a key role in our supply chain operations, ensuring we have the right products at the right price, while also assisting with the financial side of receivables.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Inventory: Manage purchasing for multiple welding and industrial supply warehouses. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms.Accounts Receivable: Handle part-time AR duties, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.Data Analysis: Utilize Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel to analyze purchasing dataCustomer Support: Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external clients regarding order status and account inquiries.Problem Solving: Proactively identify supply chain bottlenecks or billing discrepancies and implement solutions.What We Are Looking ForExperience: 3+ years of experience in industrial supply, welding supply, or a related field is highly preferred.Industry Knowledge: General knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial products.Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business math, including calculating margins, markups, and profit.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel is required.Soft Skills: You must be a self-starter who is efficient and self-motivated.
