This position supports the sales and service teams by ensuring vehicles and the lot are presentation-ready while providing outstanding customer service from the moment guests arrive.If you are dependable, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, we encourage you to apply.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesGreet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive on the lot Direct guests to the appropriate sales or service team member Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, showroom, and vehicle displays Move, park, and arrange vehicles as directed Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly staged Install temporary tags and assist with dealer trades as needed Monitor lot conditions and report any safety concerns Assist with dealership events and special promotions Provide support to the sales and service departments as requestedQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever neededOur Core ValuesWe are proud of the culture that drives our success.
