We're Hiring: Assistant Director of Special Events - Carmine's & Virgil's Las VegasThis is a rare opportunity for a top-tier event sales professional to join the legendary Carmine's and Virgil's Restaurants in Las Vegas. You'll take the lead in selling our dynamic private and semi-private event spaces across both venues-booking everything from intimate gatherings of 15 to full restaurant buyouts of several hundred guests. And if your client doesn't need on-premise space? No problem-offer full-service catering drop-offs with our signature hospitality and cuisine.This is a base salary + commission position, and for a hungry, driven sales professional, total compensation can surpass $115K annually.
