C-Level Service Technician

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and dependable C-Level Service Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who is early in their career and eager to build hands-on experience while learning from seasoned professionals.As a C-Level Technician, you'll perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, assist higher-level technicians, and gain valuable on-the-job training that will prepare you to advance within our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and basic repairs under supervision (e.g., inspections, fluid changes, filter replacements, part installations).Assist B- and A-Level Technicians with complex repairs and diagnostics.Maintain accurate records of work performed on service orders.Keep tools, equipment, and the workspace clean and organized.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and knowledge.Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.0-2 years of experience in a service, maintenance, or repair role.Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Willingness to learn and follow directions from senior technicians.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and work in varying conditions.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
