We pride ourselves in being customer service oriented and expect that all of our team members' actions and attitudes support the value of the company through all that they do!Fence Outlet is in search of a Floating Sales Representativ e for our Sales Team(s) located at our West Coast stores in FL!Major Responsibilities:The floater position requirements is to work outside sales as scheduled. You will manage scheduled appointments by visiting prospective clients and provide estimates for fence installation in the West Coast.The Floating Sales Representative will perform their job in a way that supports the Company's commitment to safety in the work environment and execute tasks that will support the company's mission, vision, and values.Inside Sales AccountabilitiesOutside Sales AccountabilitiesManage appointment schedule by visiting prospective customersCall Clients to ascertain needs and assist with their selection of fence materials and layoutDetermine proper placement of fence by following surveys, guidelines of HOA, municipalities, county ordinances and Fence Outlet policiesMeasure fence install location property, create a proposal/quote and review with clientResponsible for the timely transfer of quote, payments and paperwork to the customer and branch officeWork independently with minimal supervision within a flexible schedule keeping set appointment times with clientsSet own appointments through referrals as requiredCoordinate installs with management and installation crews at site locationAssist in collection of payment from clientAs necessary assist in layout with installation crew at site locationCollect all pertinent documents from clients related to fence installationFollow up with client as neededMaintain a clean driving recordUse sound professional judgement while representing the companyPerform any other duties as assigned by direct report/supervisorKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
