(based off of skill level and weld test) +15% shift differential for 2nd shiftShifts:1st = Mon - Fri (7am to 3pm)2nd = Mon - Thu (1pm - 11pm)Ability to train on 1st shift for 2nd shift positionDescription:We are seeking a TIG Welder who is comfortable working with thin stainless steel for a metal manufacturing shop.Qualifications:Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily.Reading and understanding blueprints and weld symbolsWelding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing.Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are metAbility to stand for more than 4 hours at a time.Ability to lift up to 50lbsAbility to work in hot/cold warehouse environmentJob Duties:Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily.Reading and understanding blueprints and weld symbols.Welding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing ?
