Headquartered in Los Angeles, California with over 100 offices and more than 80 correspondent offices, our commitment to providing relentless, customized service is the foundation of our consistent growth.We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Head of Human Resources to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of comprehensive human capital initiatives across a multi-entity, multinational organization. In this role, you will oversee all core HR functional areas, including Talent Management, Benefits, Employee Relations, HRIS, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation, and Organizational Development.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and implement global HR strategies across multiple entities and/or geographies that align with business objectivesPartner with executive leadership to drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, and talent optimizationFosters a culture of inclusion by championing collaboration, employee engagement, and a strong sense of belonging across all entitiesDirect and mentor a high-performing HR leadership team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellenceElevate existing HR team capabilities to support global operations, including cross-functional training, international compliance readiness, and strategic alignment with global business goalsBuild scalable HR infrastructure to support growth across multiple business units and international marketsDesign and govern global compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulationsServe as strategic advisor on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and legal risk mitigationEnsure compliance with global regulatory requirements, labor laws, statutory reporting, and ethical standards, including EEOC, OSHA, GDPR, and other international mandatesPartner with Global Compliance Officer to develop programs that meet applicable governmental legal requirements and industry regulationsOversee HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, analytics capability, and seamless integration across multiple entitiesLeverage data to inform strategic decisions, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvementLead initiatives in leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagementProvide expert counsel to senior leadership on emerging HR trends, regulatory changes, and strategic workforce issuesRepresent Wedbush in global forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings, driving thought leadership and innovationExperience and SkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including global HR strategy and operationsCertifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or GPHR are requiredProven track record in leading HR functions across multiple entities and regionsExperience in M&A integration, organizational transformation, and change management.Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, etc.)Experience using data analytics to drive workforce planning and decision-makingUnderstanding of AI and automation trends in HRExceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholdersStrong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into HR initiativesFinancial Service industry experience strongly preferredDemonstrated success in building high-performing HR teams and fostering a culture of accountabilityJob BenefitsAs part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securities offers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $200,000-$250,000.
