Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: Addison, Illinois Pay: $20/hour + Full Benefits Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our growing manufacturing team in Addison, IL. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to meet production specifications. Perform routine quality checks using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain equipment for optimal performance. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of CNC machining experience preferred (will consider entry-level with technical training). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints. Basic knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection methods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as assigned.
