This firm has a strong backlog of large-scale commercial projects, offering stability and growth opportunities in the coming years. As a Project Manager, you will follow the assigned project from the preconstruction phase through the close-out and warranty period, delivering excellent project management services and, most importantly, building relationships with your clients and teams. Profit Sharing Bonuses.Project Manager Background Profile:At least 5 years of general contracting experience, with experience running and completing multiple commercial projects.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent in years of experience.Experience in preconstruction planning, estimating, subcontractor bidding, and scheduling.Experience in leading, training, and mentoring team members.Compensation: $110,000-$140,000/year
