Mechanical Project Engineer Direct Hire Job Site : Onsite Job No. : 32583 City : Kent State : WA Pay Range : $105k-$135k/year Job Details:SHIFT: DayBENEFITS: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k, parental leave, commuter benefits, disability insurance, PTO/Paid HolidaysROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer for our client that is a leading provider of standby and transportable fuels. In this role, you will be responsible for system definition and ensuring that the systems comply to all specifications, safety requirements, and industry codes. Determine specifications for the project through product design review, proposal, customer specifications/requirements, and code compliance.Design and develop engineering design plans.Conduct design reviews, manage progress on engineering deliverables, and identify and communicate risk areas.Provide relevant information to all third parties and team members.Design tests to ensure products are performing to standards.Help sales with bid activities.Be the point of contact for customers, production, sales, and other departments to help resolve issues and questions.Maintain third party approval updates.Develop and update product documentation including BOM, DQGS, DS/QA, etc.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer.Design knowledge based in: Combustion principles, heat transfer, fluid systems, nozzles, pressure vessel design, materials, PLC, cast parts, industrial wiring.Experience with Excel, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.WHY AVERRO?Averro is a Veteran-Owned organization dedicated to delivering innovative talent solutions, business consulting, and technology services that propel businesses and careers forward.
