The RoleAs a Senior Enterprise Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Contruent, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor to a portfolio of our largest and most complex enterprise customers. You will own the technical health, adoption success, and long-term value realization of your accounts-working proactively to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes from their Contruent investment.This is not a support role. While you will coordinate escalations when necessary, your primary focus is prevention, optimization, and strategic partnership.
