Please note: at this time we are searching for full-time night operational leaders (2pm-11pm). Responsibilities: * Lead operational shifts * Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant * Ensure Food Safety standards * Responsible for the money management in the restaurant * Responsible for the safety of the team and guests in the restaurant * Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and values * Other duties as assigned Requirements: * Chick-fil-A Experience Required * ServSafe Certified Required * Full-Time required * Strong leadership and communication skills * Great customer service skills Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
