We are looking for reliable Floor Tech for a full-time opportunity in one of our facilities in Houston, TX. Responsibilities: * Perform floor cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial settings * Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners * Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and stains * Strip, seal, wax, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning products and techniques * Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment * Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly * Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed * Assist with other custodial duties as assigned Requirements: * Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods * Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment effectively and safely * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for proper floor maintenance * Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes * Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects as required for the job * Excellent communication skills to interact with team members * Must have reliable transportation and dependable.
