Our client, a fashion brand is seeking a Creative Producer leads photo and video productions that shape brand identity and visual storytelling - driving projects from concept through launch while balancing creativity, strategy, and execution. Full time Salaried Role Salary around $90-98k Hybrid in Downey/Norwalk Must also be open to travel for shoots on locationResponsibilities include:• Leading high-volume creative campaigns from concept to completion • Managing budgets, timelines, and production resources • Partnering with directors, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive vision • Owning shot lists and shooting schedules for major campaigns • Coordinating talent and models, locations, vendors, and post-production workflows • Negotiating contracts and managing external partners • Ensuring legal, safety, and operational standards are met • Staying current on industry trends to continuously elevate creative output Background:• 5+ years in eCommerce or studio production environments • Strong understanding of fashion/retail content production • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced settings • Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace • Open to travel (up to 20%)
