Boston BioProducts is looking for a Quality Control Specialist I who will be responsible for in-process testing, quality control testing of final products and raw materials, and maintaining calibration and log data for BBP equipment. The role assists the quality departments in all aspects of conducting quality control testing BBP products. This is a 100% onsite role (Mon-Fri)**Direct Applicants ONLY - No Staffing Agencies or Third-Party Recruiters."Role & Responsibilities:Maintains a clean and organized work environment, including equipment maintenance and material organization. Maintain calibrations andlogdata for BBP equipment within the laboratory.Manage all the samples: Raw Materials, QC, Stability, and Retain samples in the most retrievable mannerCollect and process samplesin a timely manner. Performs Environmental monitoring on clean rooms within the facility. Records and documents daily, weekly,andquarterly calibrationsusing GDP'sMonitor in-process control where applicableAssistinconductingquality control testing of Boston Bioproducts' products and raw materials. All findings are interpreted and reported to the Quality Operations Manager and QC Manager. Following GDP and ALCOA+ guidelines, will record results and measurements of calibrations Documents and standard operating procedures (SOP) are managed in a timely fashion and updated to current practices.Assistinmaintainingandreportingdigital and printed testing results to QC Manager.Assistinmaintaininglogbooks related to inventory and equipmentintheQC laboratory.Assistin maintainingdocuments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Quality Department.Assistsinadditionalduties delegated by the QC Manager.Assistsin other duties by the quality department on an as-needed basis. Qualifications & Requirements:1-2 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalentAbility to follow instructions precisely, recognize deviations, and recommend corrective action within the scope of training. Good timemanagement and organizational skills. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines. Familiarwithaseptic technique, have a proper understanding of laboratory safety procedures.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with others.Have a detail-oriented work ethic and be familiar with recognized regulations such as ISO and GMP.Ability to troubleshoot within the scope of training.Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.Is computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant electronic systems.Must have own, reliable vehicle to drive to Milford, MA (Monday - Friday) Milford does NOT have public transportation
