Associate Commercial Finance Manager

OSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Commercial Finance Manager to support our Commercial Finance Director in delivering comprehensive financial analysis and strategic planning. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Accounting, and Logistics teams to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Join our team and be part of an environment that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Volume ForecastingAssisting Sales in inputting volume forecastingAnalysis of volume forecastingChallenge and build on forecastsP&L AnalysisProvide insight and actions on sales division financial healthPricing ManagementCollaborate with Sales on creation and maintenance of pricing in marketForecast anticipated trade-spendMaintenance of pricing-related metadataTrade-Spend Planning and ReconciliationForecast division trade-spend needsReconcile monthly invoices against anticipated spendBudget managementProvide insight as to spend effectiveness and actionable recommendationsCOMPETENCIESStorytelling, analyticsBusiness partneringBusiness acumenResults Driven/Initiative: finding solutionsOrganizational & Time Management Skills - sense of urgencyDetail oriented: accuracyPresentation SkillsQUALIFICATIONSBA/BS degree and 3+ years' related Finance/Accounting, or Revenue Management work experience in Beverage AlcoholProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access (advanced - nested IF and logic statements, Index, XMATCH), Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint and WordVIP/I-dig / Karma / Vistaar experience a plusAble to identify opportunities for improvement and initiative to implementExcellent organizational/project management skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)TRAVELAble to travel occasionallyCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Base salary range: $100,000/yr. - $120,000/yr. exact compensation may vary based on skills, experiences, and location.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Requires the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, working with computers and other office equipment.OTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
