Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in Atlanta. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a strong background in litigation support, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves significant interaction with attorneys, clients, and various legal entities, requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities: Perform secretarial and clerical duties, including data entry and document management. Maintain and manage attorneys' calendars, scheduling depositions, meetings, mediations, and hearings. Prepare and e-file legal documents in Florida's E-Portal System and other required platforms. Assist attorneys in the preparation for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences. Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas. Manage correspondence with parties and non-parties via email, regular mail, or certified mail. Set up and coordinate Court Calls or Zoom sessions for hearings. Perform additional related duties as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience; trial experience is preferred. Prior experience with e-filing in state and federal courts is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe. Strong ability to handle a heavy workload efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with clients and colleagues. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach. Working Hours:Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Benefits: Competitive salary with opportunities for annual performance reviews.
