Job SummaryAs Country Human Resource Manager based in Dallas, DKSH North America's headquarters, you will act as a reliable business partner across multiple HR topics supporting our multi-site operations. You will deliver exceptional employee experience aligned with DKSH's strategy and local legislation, while benefiting from a strong regional HR community and support network.If you are systems-driven, energized by managing complex integrations, and agile in navigating and implementing corporate processes, we would like to get to know you.General ResponsibilitiesProvide tactical business partnering advice to local and regional management teams on full range of Human Resources services to align with business goalsManage HR departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicableAdvise/influence management decisions that carry short-/long-term human capital implications in line with business directionDrive recruiting planning strategies (e.g. forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with, and meet, business demand and HR cost controlDevelop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategiesCollaborate with the management team on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness (e.g. due diligence, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, etc.)Collaborate with the management team to drive employee performance excellenceDrive market-driven/benchmarked compensation decisions to maximize total compensation investment/returnDevelop short-/long-term training and development strategies to cater for development needsDrive excellence of HR services delivery, systems and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable mannerReview periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisionsDrive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environmentsCollaborate with business leaders in developing change management initiative to address human capital mattersFunctional Skills and KnowledgeStrong expertise in U.S. and Canadian employment and labour law, with proven ability to ensure compliance across multi-state and provincial environmentsStrong proficiency in English (written and verbal)Prior experience with M&A integration as an advantageExtensive MS Office and SAP HR knowledgeEfficient, proactive, systematic and well organized, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously, attentive to detail, trustworthy and sensitive to other culturesStrong sense of adherence to quality even in hectic situationsBased in our office in Dallas and willing to travel across multiple sites (if needed)Our CompanyDKSH's purpose is to enrich people's lives.
