Join our Team Now @ /Careers About the Event Consultant:As an Event Consultant at Bright, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients renting event products and services. You'll guide clients through the rental process, offer recommendations, and coordinate details with our internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, sales, or event coordination who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and in personSchedule and host showroom appointments at our Sonoma locationEnter and manage rental orders accurately in our reservation systemRecommend rental products for weddings, winery events, private parties, and corporate eventsAnswer client questions regarding pricing, availability, delivery, and product optionsCoordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure product availability and smooth event executionSupport Event Directors with order updates, changes, and client communicationAccurately bill and track orders to ensure timely fulfillmentWork in office Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts as business needs requireQualifications for Event Consultant:Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or event coordination preferredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ZoomExcellent communication, organization, and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage multiple client orders simultaneouslySpanish-speaking skills are highly valued but not requiredProfessional, reliable, and team-oriented mindsetAbility to reliably commute to our Sonoma, CA locationBenefits:Weekly payFull-time benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance401(k) with company matchTeam member appreciation events: BBQs, company outings, holiday eventsA supportive, family-oriented culture that values your growth and contributionsWhy Work at Bright Event Rentals in Sonoma?
