Industrial Engineering - Summer Internship

Woman's Hospital's Non-Clinical Summer Internship Program offers college students a structured, project-based experience within a healthcare environment. Interns are assigned to a specific department and work on meaningful initiatives that support hospital operations while gaining professional experience, mentorship, and exposure to non-clinical healthcare careers. Woman's Hospital is the largest specialty hospital for women and infants in the region and is committed to developing future talent through hands-on learning and service excellence.The Industrial Engineering Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting project management, process improvement, and change management initiatives within Woman's Hospital. This role focuses on applying industrial engineering and continuous improvement principles to analyze workflows, support performance improvement efforts, and assist with the planning and execution of projects.
