Qualifications: High school diploma. Experience with teaching/instructing preferable, along with flexibility and a willingness to teach and instruct adults in a group setting. Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well with diverse groups of people. General Nature of Job: Lead a group of 5-20 adults in aqua aerobics exercises. Be willing to commit to certain days and times each week to teach a class. Create an environment that allows many different ages and abilities to comfortably engage themselves in physical activity.
