Substitute teacher aides must exhibit a robust relationship with Jesus Christ, which is central to their daily responsibilities and relations with students, parents, and other team members at SFC. Teacher aides assist faculty members by assuming the duties and responsibilities of a regular classroom aide in their absence. These expectations include support of the classroom teacher's needs, student supervision inside and outside the classroom, and help to maintain a positive learning environment.REQUIREMENTS• Must be a professing believer of Jesus Christ• Must regularly attend a Christ-centered church• Must sign and follow the SFC statement of Faith & Moral & Ethical Integrity Policy• Provide a Valid, negative TB test result or a completed TB Risk Assessment• LiveScan (fingerprinting); FBI and DOJ clearance to work in an educational setting• Complete employment application (resumes will not be substituted for a completed application)• Two letters of reference• Current resume
