The position plays a key role in ensuring products meet functional, performance, and reliability expectations while maintaining compliance with quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement methods and procedures for:Process controlProcess improvementProduct testing and inspectionDesign, install, and maintain testing equipment to:Validate product performanceEnsure product reliabilityMinimize defect ratesPerform product testing and data analysis to maintain quality levelsAnalyze quality reports and defective products to:Identify trendsDetermine root causesRecommend corrective and preventive actionsPartner with supplier representatives to:Address quality issuesDrive effective corrective actionsContribute to supplier quality improvement programsApply quality tools and professional expertise to support manufacturing and operations teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and process improvement methodologiesAbility to analyze data and identify trends in product or process performanceExperience supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and exercise professional judgment#LI-DR2
