Supportive Leadership   NOW HIRING: HR Director   Responsibilities of an HR Director: Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries Maintain employee records Assist with recrumten process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews and providing in-services according to corporate compliance Conduct orientation and update records of new and current staff Requirmenets of an HR Director: Previous HR experience in healthcare preferred Exposure to Labor Law and employemnet equity regulations Leadership abilities Effective Communicator Through understanding of HR functions Works well under pressure Computer literate and capability to compose an email.
