Student Support Leader

Join our Indianapolis Campus as a Student Support Leader! You'll play a key role in providing academic and behavioral support to students in grades 3-12 with diverse and high-level academic needs. The Student Support Lead will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure that all students have the resources and tools necessary to succeed.Responsibilitiesprovide one-to-one and in-class support to studentsassist teachers in modifying and adapting instructional materials and techniques to meet the needs of individual studentscollaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students maintain accurate and up to date records of all student documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, behavioral plans and supporting data meet with parents on a quarterly basis to discuss student progress and develop strategies for continued growth and success provide coaching and professional development to teachers to enhance their ability to support students with diverse needs supporting students both virtually and in-person build strong and supportive relationships with both local and far-end staff Why you'll love working with usAt OneSchool Global, we believe teaching should be fulfilling, inspiring, and rewarding.
