Job Type Full-timeDescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure monitoring, user support, and network/system security tasks. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Microsoft ecosystem management, printer support, networking fundamentals, and automation/monitoring tools.Key Responsibilities1. Infrastructure Monitoring & MaintenancePerform daily health checks across infrastructure systems.Monitor Azure services, alerts, backup status, and service performance.Monitor PRTG dashboards and resolve alerts proactively.Manage firewall uptime, rules audit, VPN tunnels, and configuration backup.2. User Support & Access ManagementHandle user onboarding/offboarding including Azure AD and Office 365 account creation.Manage MFA, password resets, role assignment, and system access requests.Provide onsite and remote support to resolve system/network/application-related issues.3. Endpoint & Patch ManagementMonitor Kaseya dashboards and address alerts promptly.Manage scheduled patch deployment cycles and escalate failures.Ensure compliance with patch management policies.4. Printer & Device ManagementManage Zebra, Epson, and Canon printers/scanners.Troubleshoot connectivity, alignment, queuing, and print failures.Coordinate with vendor support for hardware repair/replacement.5. Firewall & Security OperationsMonitor Cisco ASA firewalls (Primary/Secondary).Review logs and internal alerts for anomalies or suspicious activities.Validate ACLs, update configurations, and maintain encryption/VPN policies.Perform weekly and monthly audits of firewall posture.6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting logs, and asset documentation.Generate weekly activity reports and submit SLA compliance metrics.RequirementsRequired Skills & TechnologiesSkillsInfrastructureAzure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Networking basicsMonitoring & AutomationKaseya (alerts, patching), PRTG monitoringSecurityFirewall configuration/monitoring, VPN setup, MFA & access controlSupportPrinter troubleshooting, hardware support, user issue resolutionGeneralTicketing systems, documentation, remote support toolsGood-to-Have Skills (Optional but Preferred)• Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise-grade firewalls, including configuration, monitoring, and security policy management• Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent) for routine IT operations• Background in coordinating vendor support and managing hardware/software lifecycle processesSoft Skills• Strong communication and customer service mindset• Ability to work independently and proactively• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesOwnership attitude and willingness to continuously learnAbout DiRx Fort Lauderdale, FL (Mail Order Pharmacy), DiRx (DTC) is a new type of digital pharmacy that is designed to deliver significant savings to consumers on most commonly prescribed FDA-approved, generic medications - delivered to their doorstep on a recurring subscription model (mail order).
